You may use Sapiens Club only for personal, educational, or entertainment purposes in accordance with the law and these Terms.

Prohibited actions include: (i) breaching or attempting to breach the Service’s security; (ii) using bots, scrapers, or unauthorized data mining; (iii) modifying, copying, distributing, or reselling content without written permission; (iv) using the Service in a way that causes damage, overload, or interruption; (v) posting or transmitting illegal, offensive, defamatory, discriminatory, or infringing content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts and access in case of misuse or violations of these Terms.

All content of the Service (texts, questions, images, illustrations, logos, code, sounds, animations, and others) belongs to Sapiens Club or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Service on your devices. No intellectual property rights are transferred through your use.

Without prior written consent, it is prohibited to reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, decompile, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.

We may suspend, restrict, or delete your account if we detect violations, fraudulent activity, or security risks.

By uploading or generating content in the Service (e.g., usernames, avatars, messages, achievements, or rankings), you grant us a worldwide, free, non-exclusive, and sublicensable license to host, reproduce, adapt, display, and communicate such content only within the context of the Service for operational purposes (e.g., leaderboards or showcases).

You declare that you own the necessary rights to the content you share and that it does not infringe third-party rights or applicable laws.

We may remove or block content deemed illegal, offensive, defamatory, violent, sexually explicit, or in violation of these Terms.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without any kind of warranty, express or implied (including accuracy, reliability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement).

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sapiens Club and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or reputation resulting from use or inability to use the Service.

The use of content (e.g., general knowledge answers or educational interpretations) is at your own risk. We do not guarantee continuous availability or error-free performance.

We may modify, update, or discontinue features of the Service and update these Terms at any time to reflect improvements, technical changes, or legal requirements.

Continued use of the Service after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
