Billing and Automatic Renewal

Sapiens Club subscriptions are managed exclusively through App Store (Apple) and Google Play. The charge will be applied to the account associated with your store when you confirm the purchase.

Unless canceled at least 24 hours in advance before the end of the current period, the subscription will automatically renew for the same duration and at the current price.

Prices and subscription plans are clearly displayed in the app before purchase and may vary by country, local taxes, or promotional offers.

Renewals are processed directly by the platform (Apple or Google). Sapiens Club does not store banking data or charge users directly.

Free Trial and Promotions

Sapiens Club may occasionally offer a free trial period or special promotions. The duration and conditions will always be displayed before confirming the subscription.

If you choose to continue after the trial period, the subscription will automatically renew at the standard price unless canceled before the trial ends.

During the trial period, you can access all premium features (offline reading, audio, XP multipliers, etc.). If you cancel before it ends, you will not be charged.

Each user is eligible for one free trial per subscription type unless otherwise stated.

Manage or Cancel Your Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your account settings on the App Store or Google Play.

Canceling stops future automatic renewals, but your benefits remain active until the end of the paid period.

Deleting your Sapiens Club account does not automatically cancel your subscription; you must cancel it manually in the store where you subscribed.

After cancellation, you can continue using the free version of the Service without losing your progress, XP, or achievements.

Refunds

Sapiens Club does not directly process refunds, as payments are made through official stores. Any refund request must be submitted via Apple or Google support channels.

Refunds will not be issued for partially used periods or for failure to cancel automatic renewal on time.

Plan Modifications and Availability

Sapiens Club may modify, suspend, or discontinue subscription plans, prices, or benefits to adapt to technical improvements, legal requirements, or market conditions.

In case of a significant change, users will be notified within the app or via email with reasonable notice.

If your current plan becomes unavailable, you will be automatically migrated to the most similar plan in price and features, or offered the option to cancel before renewal.

We reserve the right to offer discounts or exclusive benefits for limited periods without affecting existing subscriptions.

Limitation of Liability

Access to premium features depends on the connection with official platforms and their payment systems. Sapiens Club is not responsible for errors or interruptions caused by those platforms.

The Service is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or complete error-free performance.

Subscriptions grant access to digital content that is not tangible; therefore, once access is activated, automatic refunds cannot be guaranteed unless approved by the corresponding store.
